We give back to the Community
Our corporate social investments spend is divided between focused flagship projects and community-based projects in three key areas: Education/Sponsorships, Donation, social development and special community projects and partnerships.
Tholo Energy CSI encompasses projects that are external to the normal business activities of a company and not directly for purposes of increasing company profit but these projects have a strong developmental approach and utilize company resources to benefit and uplift communities and are not primarily driven as marketing initiatives.
Why Corporate Social Responsibility
It is Tholo Energy Services initiative to contribute toward corporate social responsibility as a way of giving back to the community and it will do this in different ways. Our Approach to CSR
We are committed to contribute to the needs of communities that is vulnerable and reside within our operational boundaries. thereby making a sustainable contribution to the development and economic growth of the country and in the end, play an increasingly vital role in the democratisation of the societies.
The company has a clear CSI policy which outlines the areas of focus being Education, Community Development and different request from individuals.
Education
We believe Lesotho needs educated and skilled citizens to help it grow and develop a thriving economy.We understand that this can only be achieved through decent schools inform, availability of books and other learning resources.
Community Development
The initiative is aimed at providing support to the communities with clear programmes and constitutions to fight hunger, poverty and unemployment of youths as well as caring for one another especially most vulnerable being children.
Environmental Responsibility
We recognize our responsibility to protect the environment. Through responsible operations, spill prevention, and efficient logistics, we actively work to reduce environmental impact.
