All work conducted by employees will take into account the intent of this policy. Our Safety Principles

Employees are encouraged to report any unsafe work practices or safety hazards encountered on the job. All accidents and incidents, no matter how slight, are to be immediately reported to the supervisor on duty. Our employees are also given the relevant PPE to help protect them from occupational hazards. Tholo energy is committed to preserving the environment and communities through which our route passes by keeping a fleet of well maintained and serviced trucks to ensure no unnecessary emissions into the environment such as smog or oil leaks.
